Where the baby is on its way to life!

Mrs. X23 is now 29 weeks along with our child and she is doing mostly great. I say mostly because she can't find a comfortable position to sleep and she needs special care and feeding right about now. We've seen a few ultrasounds and 4D doppler scans of the baby and, if you haven't seen what technology can do these days in regards to pregancy, you're really missing out. We have an actual picture of our child's face. He (BabyX23 is a boy...he will go by the name of Eliot Louis X23) is healthy and growing and is apparently heading for a career as either a flamenco dancer or an ultimate fighter by the way he pounds on Mrs. X23's belly. The doctor says he should be coming along about the middle of July, right about the time Harry Potter 6 comes out...so I won't be reading that one for awhile. I'll try to scan Eliot's picture in for y'all soon.

CONFIRMED!!
Mrs. X23 has been to the doctor and the blood tests have come back positive.
An interesting note...Before we were married a little over two years ago, I told Mrs. X23 that we would wait two years t begin a family. I predicted that we would conceive our first child on our second anniversary. Funny thing is that we are certain that the child was conceived on our anniversary.
Sometimes you do get what you ask for!

CONFIRMATION #1
Not trusting the three positive tests we had on Sunday and Monday (the little pink line just wasn't conslusive enough...three times), Mrs. X23 used the more expensive brand that has an LCD readout with the word "pregnant" if she's pregnant. It said "Pregnant." We're pretty confident now. She's going to the doctor on Thursday for final confirmation ...but we're sure.

BACK ONLINE
Actually, more than online. It would seem our recent efforts have had positive results.
As of today, Mrs. X23 is carrying BabyX23!
According to the online calculators, the baby is expected on July 14th, 2005.
We will post as things develop :)

SEE YOU IN MARCH
Sadly, hopes have been dashed for this conception window. Due to certain constraints, we have decided to next attempt to bring BabyX23 into the world in March. We have that one month window and then we try again next fall as long as it takes to get us a baby. See you in the spring!

HOLD THE PHONES!
As we go to bed we are still very hopeful. The period has not really started so we think we have a shot here. Send your positive happy thoughts our way! We should hopefully have an answer tomorrow!

A SET BACK
The wife thinks her period might have started. It could also be spotting. The books and websites all seem to agree that a little bleeding might occur even with a pregnancy, so we're not out of the game yet. We're keeping our fingers crossed...

STILL WAITING
We jumped the gun yesterday and had the wife take a test. But it was too early for these things to work so we're going to be patient and wait until either tomorrow or Saturday. Officially, on the 28 day calendar, tomorrow would be day 29 and the wife has yet to feel her monthly "twinge"...
Does this mean anything yet? Do her weird cramps or all around weird feelings mean anything? I don't know. She had all sorts of weirdness last month as well, so I can't attribute anything to anything at this point. All I know is I have to take a stupid test on Saturday and should she be pregnant, it will be a major distraction...(but not in a bad way...)
